What we do
Tendering & Tender Evaluation, done properly.
The whole tender run end to end: contractor pre-qualification, enquiry issue, clarifications and addenda control, and a documented opening. Then technical and commercial evaluation side by side, with arithmetic and rate checks, normalisation of qualifications, scrutiny of resources and programme, and a written recommendation you can defend to a board or an auditor.
Take this service on its own, or as part of the whole project. Either way, one team in Muscat is accountable for it.

How we do it in Oman
The way we work.
We pre-qualify contractors on licence, grade, capacity and current workload, issue the enquiry with a fixed programme, run clarifications through one log and hold a documented opening. Then we check arithmetic and rates line by line, normalise qualifications and exclusions so prices are comparable, test the programme and resources, and give you one comparison table and a signed recommendation.
How it works
Five stages. One team.
- 01
Brief
We listen. Site, budget, timeline.
- 02
Budget
A cost plan before the design is fixed.
- 03
Tender
The right contractor, chosen fairly.
- 04
Build
Payments, variations and cost checked every month.
- 05
Final account
Claims settled. Account closed.
Common questions
Tendering & Tender Evaluation in Oman, explained.
- How many contractors do you invite?
- Usually four to six pre-qualified contractors. Enough for real competition, few enough that each one takes it seriously.
- Is the lowest bid the best bid?
- Not always. We check rates, exclusions and front-loading so the price you compare is the price you will pay.
- Can you evaluate bids we have already received?
- Yes. Send the tender documents and the bids and we evaluate them independently.
